Situated in a safe area. So convenient for walking to the Disney Parks. Convenience stores on every corner. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were comfortable and orderly. Not luxurious but just enough to get a quiet nights sleep after long days. Only place in this price range with a fridge AND microwave! Beds where clean and didnt hurt my back, thankfully. Oversized bathrooms. Nice that they offer a pool.

i was at the airport and my flight was cancelled one hour before the departure time with no other flights leaving for over 24 hours. i called the riviera motel specifically asking for a credit to stay at a later date, NOT a refund. the owner continually shouted no refunds at me because my booking was non refundable as of two days prior. well, my flight was not cancelled two days ago and now i have no way to get there. he said something that i couldnt understand, so i asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. i called him back a second time and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up on me, and he interrupted me several times to tell me that my booking is non refundable. i told him that i will be cancelling all future bookings at this hotel and taking my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me again. this would have been my 3rd stay at the riviera motel this year, and i had another booking planned later in september. he did not offer to work with me and my situation at all. if this is how a repeat customer is treated at this motel, i will be taking my business to literally any other hotel on the block and advise you to do the same.

Loved how close it was to food and fun. Easy parking right near the room. The air conditioning worked pretty good, its a wall unit. For location the price was great. The fridge came in handy the entire stay and the tv wasnt terrible.

Walking distance to Disney! Also to Cheesecake Factory, CPK and Starbucks. They were kind enough to let us park our car before check in, saving us an extra trip and money to park with Disneyland so that was much appreciated.
